This Trigonometry course covers:
- Radians & Degrees
- Properties of Trig Functions
- Solving Trig Equations & Applications
- Graphing Trig Functions
- Trig Identities
- Inverse Trig Functions
- Complex Numbers
- Vector Applications
Students taking this course are expected to have completed Algebra 1 & Geometry. Students are expected to have a good attitude and a willingness to work. Practice makes everything easier. Trig is a traditional 11th grade math course, 1 high school Math credit.
All math classes are recorded and available to students. Homework is collected and graded weekly with individual comments. Tests are hand graded too.
Participants are required to purchase a specific/required calculator and the textbook. Students must have a computer, webcam, headphones with a built-in microphone, a printer, and a way to scan and email completed tests to the instructor.
A course syllabus will be provided with a course schedule, the course description, and the course expectations. At the end of Trig for Teens, the instructor will provide a recommended course grade based on in-class work, homework, and tests.
